We are sad to announce that on November 6, 2023, at the age of 70, Joseph C. Palmer Jr. of Atlanta, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Palmer and Virginia Echols Palmer. He is survived by: his daughter Jakeysha Batson; his siblings, Gerald Echols (Linda), Rayfield Palmer (Sandra), Kevin Palmer (Shirley), Andre'Palmer, Patrick Palmer, Althea White and Verdine Puckham; his aunts, Rachael Abbott and Lucinda Nichols; and his grandchildren, Ja'leyah Fitchett and Dom (Savage). He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
