We are sad to announce that on January 11, 2024, at the age of 64, Jose A. Quiroga of Atlanta, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his mother Rita Molinero; his sister Lourdes Quiroga; his nephew Jose Castello; and his brother-in-law Tom Graham. He is also survived by other loving relatives, extended family, and close friends.
