It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Sanford Robinson (Atlanta, Georgia), born in Moundsville, West Virginia, who passed away on January 15, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John William Robinson and Helen Josephine Kirkman Robinson; his daughter Brenda Abstance; and his brother Tom Robinson. He is survived by: his wife Sherrie; his children, Susie Ready (Lonnie), Christi Murphy (Dennis), Betsy Childers (Nolan) and Billy Ross; his siblings, Patricia Ankrom and James Robinson (Camilla); his cousins, Carolyn Ferguson and Ricilyn Aston; and his grandchildren, Nolan, Nikki, Kimberley, Chad, Starla, Isabella, Shane, Sean and Dennis.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent in memory of John Robinson to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Home which provides free care for patients with incurable cancer.
