He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Starling and Florence L. Howard Starling; and his brother James Nelson Starling. He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. Burnett; and his sisters, Carol Lee (Curtis) of Snellville, GA. and Peggy Regan (William) of Cheraw, MS. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
