Wanda Campbell lit a candle

“In loving memory of Jason Edward Campbell, He was the light of my life. As his mother he brought me so much joy and love. The bond between us was so close. I almost lost him when he was 13 and he was hit by a car while riding his bicycle, in a coma for 11 days. I am deeply grateful that I had him for another 33 years. Although my heart is breaking and I will never stop missing him the memories of him, and later with Lori and him, will bring a smile to my face and his love in my heart. Mom”

“In loving memory of Jason Edward Campbell, I have known Jason through out his entire life through my friendship with his Mom. His Mom would often share new Jason stories as he was growing up and I always looked forward to hearing the latest Jason adventure. He grew up to be a strong, handsome, loving, and caring person. He will be deeply missed by all that knew him. My prayer is that GOD will give comfort and peace to his Family and friends during this difficult time.”

“The picture of Jason says a lot about him. I just met him a few years ago when his mom became my neighbor. It was very special to me that I saw them walking together often. You could see they loved and supported each other. His smile in the photo shows his love for his mom and Lori. His sweet wife, Lori, was often walking with him, too. The first time I met him my first impression was how handsome he was and it turned out he had a beautiful heart also. I’m giving to a homeless man in his memory.”

“In loving memory of Jason Edward Campbell, So dearly loved. So sadly missed. Jason inspired me to have my first child. He was a close friend to my daughter when they were young, and later when I had a son 12 years later, he was a role model and a big brother to my son. He was a great son to my sister. There are no words to describe how much he will be missed. The only consolation I have is that I know he was suffering and now he is not.”

“I'll never forget the letter you wrote me when I graduated high school. You told me you were proud of me, for sticking it out and getting my diploma even when my mental health was suffering. You were one of a kind, Jason. The world is a little less bright without you in it.”

“In loving memory of one of the finest men I have ever had the honor of knowing. Jason was not just kind and encouraging to me, but to everyone. He was the ambassador of volleyball in that he made everyone feel welcome. What a marvelous athlete; he was a soccer goalie, and also played ultimate frisbee. I never heard or saw him criticize or say an unkind word about anyone. The world was a better place with Jason in it. I miss him dearly, and will continue to pray for Lori and Wanda.”

“In loving memory of Jason Edward Campbell, I am saddened to hear of Jason's passing. I played volleyball with him at Don White for many years. Jason was always so friendly and welcoming to all who came out to play. I have good memories of him and his "windmill" hits and fun matches. He will be missed. I pray for God to provide much comfort and peace to all his family during this time of mourning and heaviness. May good memories of him bring smiles even in the midst of the tears.”

“So very sad to hear of Jason's passing. My deepest sympathies go out to Lori and Jason's family. Got to know Jason 8 years ago playing volleyball. Jason was a kind hearted man who tried more than any of us to make everyone feel welcome at volleyball. He went out of his way to make people feel special, especially on their birthday. Loved talking to him about music. Every time I hear the name "Leonard Bernstein" that smile on my face will be from remembering the laughs we shared . RIP Buddy! Tom W”
