He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Wayne "Bill" Mann and Sherry Ross Mann; and his siblings, Anthony "Wayne" Mann and Jennie Ann Mann. He is survived by: his sisters, Sherry and Selena. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and his beloved nieces and nephews.
