He is survived by: his wife Mindy Banks Sulhoff; his children, Brett Sulhoff and Tiffany Sulhoff Peeler; his son-in-law Brad Peeler; his grandchildren, Addison, Josslyn and Colton Peeler; his sisters, Wendy Erickson and Melanie Hamilton; and his nieces, Colby Freer, Nicole and Megan Hamilton.
