He was predeceased by: his brothers, Ronald, Randolph and Wade Dozier. He is survived by: his son Aaron Dozier (Christina) of Atlanta, GA; his siblings, Mildred Harrison, Linda F. Smith of Chesapeake, VA and Wilbert Dozer (Evangeline) of Chesapeake, VA; his sister-in-law Trilby Dozier of Portsmouth, VA; his aunt Bessie Winstead of Wilson, NC; and his former wife Ernestine Backus of Atlanta, GA. He is also survived by five grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins.
