He was predeceased by: his father James Grady Smith. He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Smith of Leesburg; his children, Caleb Smith, Abigail Berrios and Margaret Grace Masaracchia; his brother James Grady Smith Jr.; and his grandsons, Malachi and Micah Berrios.
