Frederick Whittington Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frederick Whittington in Atlanta, Georgia, born in McComb, Mississippi, who passed away on January 7, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Brown and Zita Holmes Whittington. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Babington Whittington (Penny); his children, Frederick Brown, III (Vanessa), Ellen (Sam) and Lisa (Tom); his grandchildren, Sara, Emily, Mallory (Samuel), Charles, Will, Stephen and Elisabeth; and his great grandchild Robert.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Decatur Presbyterian Church (205 Sycamore St, Decatur, GA 30030).
