He is survived by: his children, Elmer Penerton Jr., Patricia Game and Charolett Penerton; and his siblings, Darnell Penerton (Dorothy), Carrie Penerton, Annie Latimore, Mary Maglott (Myron) and Clemine Miller (TC). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
