He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Bothem Jr. and Pok Tong Bothem; and his sister Melina Escobar. He is survived by: his wife Michele; his sons, Brandon Bothem (Brianna) and Zachary Bothem; his grandchildren, Braylon and Bearett Bothem; his siblings, Melanie Bothem (Roman) and Johnnie Bothem (Jericka); his parents-in-law, Diane Montani and Arthur Montani (Lynn); and his siblings-in-law, Aimee Wilson (Matt), Erin Burns (Jeff), Danielle Fedele and Jon Montani (Megan). He is also survived by nephews; and a large extended family.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Donald's memory can be made to the Salvation Army.
