She is survived by: her children, Judy Maloof Winstel (Rick), Rita Maloof (Allen Harris), Laura Maloof Grunow (Bob), Pam Maloof and Steve Maloof (Valerie); and her grandchildren, Bobby Grunow, Sarah Grunow, Luke Winstel, Frankie Maloof, Anna Maloof, Amelia Maloof and Stevie Maloof.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Dolores Maloof may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the ALTA Foundation.
