She is survived by: her husband Bill Schilling; her children, Steve Schilling (Julie), Carol Smith (Greg) and Debbie Emery (Mark); her grandchildren, Aaron Smith, Preston Emery (Anastasia), Daniel Emery, Sarah Veach (Judson), Megan Cortjens (Alex), Stacie Emery, Audrey Turner (Sean), Courtney Schilling and Kelsey Schilling; and her great grandchildren, Lincoln, Eli, Yianni, Willie, Sophie, Mark and Emery. She is also survived by her three children, many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the H. M. Patterson & Son-Oglethorpe Hill Chapel (4550 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30319). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made "in memory of Dian Schilling" to Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University to support cancer research.
