He is survived by: his wife Patricia Dowdy Willard; his daughter Carrie Elizabeth Kochek; his son-in-law Peter Wilson Kochek; his grandsons, Wilson Michael Kochek and Miles Willard Kochek; his siblings, Peter Willard and Virginia Ray Long; and his siblings-in-law, Sandy Willard and Larry Long.
