She was predeceased by: her grandmother Nazzie Lee Bell Kelley; and her parents, Irene Kelley Searcy and Jimmy Melvin Sr. of Jacksonville, Florida.. She is survived by: her stepfather Robert Searcy; her brother Vincent Searcy; her uncles, Sonny Kelley, Otis Kelley, Eddie Kelley and Bobby Kelley; her children, Kenyatta Kelley of Atlanta and Cornelius Askew (Shantria) of Ellenwood; her grandchildren, Dyquiel Askew (Alisha), Marquavious Askew (Myesha Whitfield), Brianna Woods, Tyreke Askew, Cameron Askew, Chase Askew and Carter Askew; her great grandchildren, Ivery, Bryce, Isaiah and Benjamin; her brother Jimmy Melvin Jr. Jacksonville (Jain); and her aunts, Emma Hammond of Atlanta, Dianne Kelley of Butler and Peola Kelley of Atlanta. She is also survived by cousins, other relatives, and friends.
