She was predeceased by: her husbands, William Howard Cross Sr. (Bill) and Jack Angelo Ransbottom; her daughters, Debbie Lynn McNeel, Terry Jean Cross and Sharon Deann Cross; her parents, Ada Mae Housley Earp and Riley Berry Housley; her stepfather Bill Earp; and her granddaughter Jacqueline Menz.
She is survived by: her son William Howard Cross Jr. (Angela Baxter Cross); her grandchildren, Vera "Sunny" Cross, Joseph James Cross, Robert Bradley Cross (Ansley Easterwood), William Howard Cross III (Cortney Cross), Michelle Cross, Chad McNeel and Justin Cross; her great grandchildren, Madison Michelle Cross, Veronica Lindsey, Amelia Menz, Marlee Mae Cross, Eden Parker Cross, Asher Bradley Cross, Elliot Morgan Cross and Aliyah Terry Tucker; and her sisters, Laura Berry, Sandra Perry and Nancy Suttles. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Horis A. Ward Funeral Home - Fairview Chapel (376 Fairview Rd, Stockbridge, GA 30281). A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Ward's Chapel.
