He is survived by: his wife Darletta Mae "Letty" Cook; his daughters, Kathleen Cook Wise (Mike) of Broken Arrow, OK and Sheri Carolyn Cook Short (Mike) of Spearfish, SD.; his sister Lisa Cook Ballard of Travelers Rest, SC; and his grandchildren, Evan Charles Roles, Lindsey Joy Wise, George Houston Roles, Preston Wayne Wise and Ariana Jean Short.
