He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Curtis Carroll and Mary Belle Carroll. He is survived by: his siblings, Bob Carroll of Falling Water, TN and Mary Frances Carroll of Chattanooga, TN; and his nieces, Becky Carroll of Chattanooga, TN and Holly Lord of Chattanooga, TN.
