She is survived by: her husband William Ray Lowe; her brother David (Laurie) of Lawrenceville; her children, Cindy Balte, Betsy Oglesby (Todd) of Decatur, GA and Bill of Chamblee; and her grandchildren, Grace, Sara, Julia Balte and Ross Oglesby. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
