She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Owen Long and Anna Louise Ward Long; her husband Bob (Bob); and her brother Pete. She is survived by:, James, Jennifer Mathis, Sam, Mary Traylor Mathis, Sydney, Grace, Owen Mathis, Larus Mathis, Daly and Kit Bullock. She is also survived by many cousins, and in-laws.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Peachtree Church in her memory.
