Betty left this world on December 31, 2024 at the age of 85, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Braver and Jack Braver; and her siblings, William "Bill" Braver and Patricia "Patsy" Popky. She is survived by: her nephews, Dr. Howard Braver (Beth), Nathan Popky (Sharon) and Daniel Popky (Shirley); her niece Elaine Braver Street (Rusty); her cousins, Jan Levin Kelmachter, Dr. Jay Levin (Debbie), Lauren Levin (Cindy), Lynn Kimerly (Ted), Rosalyn Wexler (Paul) and Natalie Kaminsky; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Louis Braver, Sarah Haas, Harrison Braver, Sam Popky, Rachel Popky and Dana Popky.
A graveside service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Arlington Memorial Park (201 Mount Vernon Hwy NW, Sandy Springs, GA 30328). A shiva was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Home of Cousins Deborah and Jay Levin (113 Valley Rd NW, Atlanta, GA 30305).
