He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Kay Levens; his parents, Troy Precious and Maybelle Levens; his sister June Campbell; and his granddaughter Micah.
He is survived by: his children, Dedra Freedman, Scott Levens, Kim Rhineheimer (Steve), Kelli Mayo (Joe) and Jonathan Levens (Muffy); his grandchildren, Joseph, Brittany (Whit), Krista (David), Kalyn, Nathan (Kristen), Luke, Laine, Abby, Jesse and Derek; his brother Bobby Charles Levens; and his siblings-in-law, Rosemary Dickey (Bill), Cindy Gore (Mike) and Gregory Pankey.
