He was predeceased by: his parents, E. Cress Watkins and BennyLou Marshall-Watkins. He is survived by: his cousin Carlton Watkins; his children, Juanita "Precious" Cooper, Jacquez Cooper, Tatreeonia Struchen (Telvin) and Keosha Cooper; his siblings, Gail Watkins (Dauda), Karen Watkins, Marilyn Seay, Chris Watkins, Secondria Howell, Stanley Watkins and Brad Copeland (Sherine); and his aunts and uncles, Mabel Walden (Willard), Evelyn Watkins, Calvin and Gerald Watkins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
