She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Terry Shapiro; her sister Sharon; her brother-in-law Neil Norry of Rochester; and her parents, Sol Singer and Ruth Singer of Atlanta.
She is survived by: her brother Eric Singer (Eileen Sherman) of Atlanta; her children, David Pinsky of Athens, Dina Pinsky (Mikael Elsila) of Philadelphia and Mark Pinsky (Melissa) of Marietta; and her grandchildren, Sol, Ilan Elsila, Andrew and Joshua Pinsky. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
Donations can be made to Weinstein Hospice, the William Breman Jewish Home and the Epstein School.
