With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wayne Lowell Davis of Athens, Georgia, born in Robbinsville, North Carolina, who passed away on August 31, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Davis and Rua Davis of Washington, GA.; his children, W. Lowell Davis Jr. and Meghan Davis; his brother-in-law Bob Kirkland of Washington, GA.; and his grandfather Wayne.
He is survived by: his significant other Vicki Lee; his children, Kristan Davis and Philip Davis; his grandchildren, Laura, Nicholas, Caleb, Conor, Alyse and Lincoln; and his sisters, Eloise Conner (Bill) of Clayton, GA, Judy Kirkland and Peggy Jones (John) of Washington, GA.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
