He is survived by: his wife Naysharon Goddard; his sons, Ramon Goddard and Melvin Mitchell; his grandchildren, R'saundra Goddard, Ramon Goddard, Jr., Antonio Mitchell and Deniqua Mitchell; and his siblings, Lillian Goddard, Jessie Bell Foster, Sybilene Goddard and Shirley Billups (Willie). He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
