He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Herbert Dieck, Jr. and Ruth Kestel Dieck. He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Dieck of Athens and Michele Reynolds (John) of Nicholson; and his siblings, Ronald Dieck (Donna) and Francine Bono (Jimmy) of Roanoke, VA. He is also survived by four grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; a number of nieces and nephews.
