She is survived by: her son Taras Howard; her grandchildren, Daniel Black, Christopher Howard and Jayden Howard; her siblings, Michelle Sanders (Demetrius), Maureen Howard, Annie Jewell, Tommie Howard, Jr. (Joyce), Willie Howard and Tony Howard; and her nephew John Nash.
