She is survived by: her husband Willie Thomas Billups, Sr.; her children, Myron Billups (Latika), Monica Burch (Nicoma), Willie Thomas Billups, Jr. (Montine) and CaCynthia Billups; and her siblings, Eddie Frank Bishop, Jeanette Wilson, Walter Stovall and Lucille Stovall. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
