She is survived by: her parents, Ernie Hayes (Dorothy) of Athens and Vicky Mize Evans (Ronnie) of Jefferson; her siblings, Michelle Tingler (Jay) of Oklahoma, Whitney Burns (Bryan) of Buford and Joseph Hayes (Tammy) of Statham; her stepbrothers, Danny Sanders (Charlene) of Nicholson and Joe Sanders of Lawrenceville; her cousins, Judy Hayes, Tammie Hayes and Ginger Tewksbury; her caregivers, Kidada Cox, Angela Lott and Sharon Wilson; and her pet Rascal.
