He was predeceased by: his parent Brookes Hinton. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Chronister Hinton; his children, Robin O'Rear (Shaun), Julie King and Tim Hinton; his grandchildren, Brandon O'Rear (Erin), Allison O'Rear, Emily Lewis (Austin), Katie Nikitin (Ryan), Adam King, Anna King and Joshua King; his great grandchildren, Fiona, Audrey, Iris and Brooks; and his siblings-in-law, Lazelle Reagan and Emory Chronister. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
