With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Jones of Athens, Georgia, born in Oglethorpe, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 16, 2024 at the age of 87. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Jones and Martie; and his sister Mary. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his sons, Larry, Chuck and Andy; his grandchildren, Tanner, Chase, Connor and Grayson; and his sisters, Patsy and Tracy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
