He is survived by: his siblings, Icelene Echols of Athens, GA, Michael Cooper of Athens, GA and Tony Cooper of Athens, GA; and his niece Deaner Rutland of Athens, GA. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Jackson-McWhorter Funeral Home (1253 W Broad St, Athens, GA 30606).
