Strickland in Athens, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on June 16, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy "Bo" Hulsey and Alma Hulsey (Cates); her husband L. Taylor Strickland; and her brothers, Clifford "Pete" Hulsey and Tom Hulsey.

She is survived by: her brothers, Doug Hulsey of Ila, GA and Ronnie Hulsey (Jimmie) of Buford, GA.; her children, Greg Ferm, Jessica Richardson (Brent) of Albuquerque, NM, Joshua Ferm of Athens, GA and Jonathan Strickland (Samantha) of Sierra Vista, AZ.; and her grandchildren, Chas Ferm, Reese Ferm, Lenorah Richardson, Amanda Lynn Strickland, Magnolia Sue Strickland and Mariah Middlebrooks. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, and "adopted" family members.

The family has asked that instead of flowers, donations be made in Pam's memory to one or more of the following: Insulin For Life USA, American Kidney Fund, and/or United Stroke Alliance.
