He was predeceased by: his father John Austin Manley; and his brother David Manley. He is survived by: his wife Terri Clark Manley; his children, Michael Wayne Manley, Jr. and Elizabeth Manley; his sister Debra McElroy; and his grandchildren, Autumn, Madison, Mason, Karoline and Logan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
