She is survived by: her sons, Howell Phillip Bell, IV (Pam) of Barnesville, Georgia, David Kevin Bell (Jessica) of Atlanta, Georgia and Frederick Douglas Bell (Szilvia) of Athens; her grandchildren, Thomas Braxton Bell (Breanna) of Athens, Aidan Sammons Bell of Athens and Sherrod David Bell of Athens; her sister Bette Drake (Les) of Tallahassee; and her nephew Jeff Drake (Kasey) of Tallahassee, Florida..
