She was predeceased by: her parents, John Murray and Sara Murray; her husband Raleigh Taylor; her siblings, Edward Murray, John Jr. Murray and Dorothy Murray; and her daughter Donna Porter.
She is survived by: her sons, John Taylor and Brantley Taylor (Elizabeth); her adoptive daughter April McCue; her grandchildren, Kimberly Taylor (Trevor), Tyler Palmer, Michelle Roberts (JT), Kody Taylor (Leah), Brionna Taylor, Zachary Taylor (Savannah) and Grayson Taylor; and her great grandchildren, Leah, Neveah, Ryder, Walker and Raleigh.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lord & Stephens Funeral Homes (4355 Lexington Rd, Athens, GA 30605). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at the Moons Grove Baptist Church Cemetery (1985 Moons Grove Church Rd, Colbert, GA 30628).
