With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leonard Melvin Sosbee (Athens, Georgia), who passed away on April 16, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy C. Sosbee and Josie Davis Sosbee; his brother Roy Lee Sosbee; and his great grandchild Maddox Lee. He is survived by: his wife Ann Meeler Sosbee; his children, Ken Sosbee (Dixie), Trish Owens (Les) and April Sosbee; his siblings, Margaret Burns, Josephine King, Bevoline Weathersbee and James Sosbee; his grandchildren, Dylan Sosbee (Julia), Kendal Sosbee and Courtney Lee (Daniel); and his great grandchildren, Bentley Lee and Dallas Lee.

A graveside service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Evergreen Memorial Park (3655 Atlanta Hwy, Athens, GA 30606).
