She was predeceased by: her husband George Wesley Hendrix; and her parents, Raymond Turnell Phillips and Ruby Kimbell Phillips. She is survived by: her son Bryan Hendrix (Jean); her grandsons, Wes Hendrix (Caitlyn) and Walker Hendrix; and her caregivers, Debbie, Patricia, Cheryl, Ginger and Missy.
