She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles A. Hamilton and Dorothy Brownell Jacob Hamilton; and her grandson Bryon Paul Haas. She is survived by: her husband Steve; her children, Lorna Lee Barrett, Albert Graham Leggat and Michael John Leggat (Beth); her siblings, Kathryn Ann Pfeiffle (Richard), Shirley Fuller and William Hamilton; her grandsons, Christopher Lee Leggat (Autumn) and Daniel Eugene Leggat (Summer); and her great grandchildren, Nolan and Harrison Leggat.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Alps Road Presbyterian Church (380 Alps Rd, Athens, GA 30606).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or American Cancer Society.
