She was predeceased by: her parents, Moses Agnew and Lola Agnew; her sons, Dale and Roger Jackson; and her siblings, Frances Fitzgerald, Ray Agnew and Ben Agnew.
She is survived by: her siblings, Helen Agnew, Loretta Phillips of Athens and O. L. Agnew of Toccoa; and her grandchildren, Kevin Jackson (Kristal Jackson) of Crestview, Florida and Kiley Jackson. She is also survived by good friends and family members.
Even after her passing, she has continued her devotion to medical studies by donating her body to the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta.
