It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James William Mullins of Athens, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on May 7, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Raymond and Cecilia Marie Mullins; and his siblings, Fred Mullins and Betty Lockee. He is survived by: his wife Dr. Vivian McMillan; his daughter Lisa Peters; his grandson Jordan Peters (Julia); his daughter Margaret Ann Cole (Alan); his granddaughters, Ramsey and Cate Cole; his son Eric McMillan (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Kole, Kloe McMillan and Samantha Black; and his great grandchild Rayne Mobley.
