He was predeceased by: his parents, Lon F. and Charlcie M. Loyd; his sons, Michael Gregory Loyd and Gary Timothy Loyd; his son-in-law Willis "Junior" Sansom; and his siblings, Leonard Loyd, Myrtle Ellerbee and William Allen Loyd.
He is survived by: the mother of his children Linda Loyd Creech (Johnny); his daughters, Angela Sprinkle (Corey) and Cathy Sansom; his grandchildren, Linda Fay McEntyre (Doug), Julie Gail Sansom, Willis Clinton Sansom III (Mattie) and Mason Dale Sprinkle; and his great grandchildren, Christopher John Brock, Ashley Michelle Brock, Sophia Grace McEntyre, Sydney Noel McEntyre, Jathan Adam McDaniel, Gavin Ryder Martin, Delilah Belle Sansom and Rylie Kate Sansom. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
