He is survived by: his wife Carrie Roach Fox; his children, Randy Watkins (Debbie), Dexter Freeman (Mary), Claritha McPhaul (Kenneth) and Audrey Walton (Laurice); and his brother Carlie "Nick" Fox. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
