He was predeceased by: his brother Lenois Cook, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Fannie Cook of Athens, Georgia; his children, Keithdrick Cook of Hawaii, Kimberly Cook of Athens, Felicia of Athens and Freddie Williams of Athens; his grandchildren, Martaisa Manago, Derrick Lumpkin and Jayden Williams; his sister Hattie Muckle of Statham, Georgia; and his close friend Angela Baker of Toccoa. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
