She is survived by: her children, Rick Webb (Debbie) of Flowery Branch, Cheryl Ross (Glen) of Bishop and Angie Tolbert (Rocky) of Dallas; her brother James "Leroy" Harper; and her grandchildren, Cassie Zeitang (Dan), Kyle Webb, Ashley Putnam (Tate), Tyler Tolbert, Adam Hays (Tanya) and Nicole Thomas (Brian). She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
