He was predeceased by: his brother James Meredith. He is survived by: his spouse Lynn Avery Meredith; his daughter Mary Kathryn Warnock; his son-in-law Brian Carlson; his son Kelly F. Meredith; his grandchildren, Ash Warnock, Charis Warnock, McKae Warnock, Robert Meredith and Madison Meredith; his sister-in-law Gigi Meredith of Oak Ridge, TN; his siblings, John Meredith (Cherrye) of Olney, TX and Michelle Stone (Leslie) of Woodson, TX; and his sisters-in-law, Joel Avery of Chattanooga, TN and Lawrence Avery of Chapel Hill, NC..
