He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Duke Flournoy, Sr. and Etha Belle Martin Flournoy (late Georgia Ramona Westbrook); and his daughter Carol Flournoy Meadows. He is survived by: his granddaughter Mirla Bigda (Darren); and his great grandchildren, Matthew Bigda and Lauren Bigda.
