He was predeceased by: his father Jon Ambrose. He is survived by: his mother Dana Ambrose; his sister Stephanie Ambrose; and his nieces, Grace and Olivia.
In honor of Elliot's memory, the family requests that donations be made to organizations that support addiction recovery and mental health awareness or organizations he supported, such as Alcoholics Anonymous, Serenity Grove, Nuçi's Space The Georgia Botanical Gardens or the Humane Society.
